Israel Hodish, M.D., Ph.D.

Israel Hodish, M.D., Ph.D., is a graduate of the Hadassah Medical School at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel-Aviv University. After completing his fellowship training at the Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Diabetes at the University of Michigan, he joined the faculty in 2007. Hodish is actively involved in translational and clinical research in diabetes, with a focus on type 2 diabetes management and technology transfer. He is a principal investigator in several clinical trials.
