In December 2011, the 11-story C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and Von Voigtlander Women's Hospital opened its doors to patients from all over the world.

The facility was designed to be a family-centered environment for the renowned medical care patients have come to expect from the University of Michigan.

Since the grand opening, faculty and staff have celebrated many achievements and firsts, but the milestones they are most proud of are yours. Cheers to every birthday and bat mitzvah, every medal won and finish line crossed, every "last chemo" and every "first step."
