Kimberly Knight

Kimberly Knight is a dietetic intern with U-M Patient Food and Nutrition Services, set to graduate in June 2016. Her favorite part of the internship has been meeting new clients and developing education material. She is a proud Wolverine, graduating from the U-M School of Engineering with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, followed by a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington. Following her internship, she is planning to return home to Washington and hopes to split her time between clinical and community work.
